Hey beautiful souls,
Not long ago, I sat at my desk staring at a decision I'd already handed to AI. The output was perfect — polished, logical, fast. And yet something in me wouldn't sit still. So I closed the laptop, took a walk, and asked the one advisor who has never once steered me wrong: my own inner clarity.
That pause changed the decision. It changed the outcome, too.
As a Certified AI Consultant, I spend my days helping leaders use artificial intelligence to work smarter. But I've learned something no tool can teach me: AI can process anything, but it cannot discern anything. It can tell you what's efficient. It cannot tell you what's right. That part — the wise, human part — is still yours to carry.
So how does a leader embrace the most powerful technology of our generation without losing the very soul of their leadership? Here are the three anchors I return to, again and again.
1. Let clarity set the vision; let AI do the building.
Vision flows from within, not upward from data. When I rebuilt my business around what I now call Intelligent Wellness for High-Performing Leaders, no algorithm suggested it. It came from years in the trenches — investigating claims, negotiating hard conversations, watching brilliant people burn out while their businesses looked fine on paper.
Once the vision is clear, though? AI becomes the most faithful builder I've ever hired. It drafts, it organizes, it handles the details — so my energy stays where it belongs: on the calling, not the chores.
2. Run every AI decision through the values filter.
Before I let AI touch a real decision — pricing, a client email, a hiring draft, a piece of content — I ask three questions: Does this honor the people it affects? Does it serve the mission I was trusted with? Could I stand behind it in public?
Those questions have saved me from shortcuts that looked brilliant and were hollow underneath. As a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, I watch leaders pour excellence into their strategies while their bodies, their peace, and their families quietly pay the bill. An AI tool will never flag that for you. Discernment will. Your values are not just a personal compass — they are a Monday-through-Friday operating system.
